About

I am Chitranshi Khare, A Design graduate, majors in Fashion Design from National Institute of Fashion Technology. I have an inclination to research and writing, and exploring heritage, history and the various craft forms along with working closely in relation to the fashion space.

THE ENTWINED PATH OF FASHION AND ART.

This draft comprises of the relationship between art and fashion. How they are interlinked, how designers have been impacted by the various art movements, how fashion has found its place in the exhibits and museums just like art; indicating that high fashion and art go hand in hand.

SAMPLE RESEARCH DRAFT INSIGHT FOR BEE FASHION READY (A HISTORY BASED PLATFORM).

Under this section, I have included a sample research draft of World War I that was done during my internship with Bee Fashion Ready, an e-learning site for Fashion History. This section links to one of the many drafts prepared as a researcher with the team.

A SAMPLE RESEARCH DRAFT PREPARED FOR INDIA LOST AND FOUND.

India Lost and Found is a history based platform founded by Mr. Amit Pasricha. I  was a part of the research team. This section holds one of the sample drafts prepared. I worked on curating some site lens, studied about the region, culture, heritage, history and more.

LATER VEDIC AGE- KURU KINGDOM. A STUDY ON COSTUMES.

This particular research was done with regard to studying costumes of those days. It was prepared as a part of the subject- History of Costumes. A full in depth study has been done in order to understand the time period and the costumes by referring to various papers.
